How it works

A few simple steps, then your agent starts calling.

You answer a few questions. This takes about five minutes. No calls go out until the project is ready and you run it.

Join the waitlist and we'll let you know when your spot is ready.

The setup questions

You answer a few questions. WiseCall turns them into a project an agent can run.

01

Agent type

You pick the kind of call: sales, customer follow-up, candidate connect, or another kind of call on the agents page.

02

Project and schedule

You name the project and set when it may call: the timezone, the call window, how many calls per run, and how often.

03

Recipients

Upload a CSV with the names and phone numbers of the people to call. Add any other details you want your agent to know.

When the agent may call

You choose who gets called, when, how often, and what the agent knows. One customer list can be used by more than one agent, or each agent can keep its own list.

Timezone
The clock the project runs on. Calls also respect local hours in each recipient’s timezone.
Call window
The hours you allow. An example a business might set: 9am–5pm in each recipient’s timezone.
Calls per run
How many calls that run is allowed to place. You set the number. The schedule does not decide it for you.
Cadence
How often the project runs: once, daily, weekdays, or weekly.

The file you upload

Upload a CSV with the names and phone numbers of the people to call. Add any other details you want your agent to know.

The readiness score

Before anything runs, the project gets a score from 0 to 100 and a note, in plain English, about what is left to do. If something is missing, the note says what to fix.

No call is placed until you decide the score is enough to run.

Example

Getting ready.

Almost there: add a call window.

Ready.

Example

72/100

Almost there: add a call window and you are good to go.

100

Ready The call window is set.

Example of the wording

Readiness 72/100. Almost there: add a call window and you’re good to go.

Example of a limit

Not ready yet: 12 recipients have no phone number.

The agent introduces itself as an AI assistant from your business.

It says it is an AI assistant from your business, then the reason, then whether now is a good time. Those lines stay on.

Sample

Hi Jordan, I'm Ava, an AI assistant from Brighton Solar. You asked about home solar last week. Is now a good time for two quick questions?

Names and businesses are samples. Each agent page has an opener for that job.

What stays on

You can change how the agent sounds.

  1. The opening says the caller is an AI assistant.
  2. The opening says which business the call is for.
  3. The reason for the call comes early, within about the first 15 seconds.
  4. Anyone can opt out, and that request is recorded right away.
  5. Anyone can ask for a person from the team.
  6. Calls stay inside your window and the recipient’s local hours.
  7. Recording or transcription is disclosed where that notice applies.
  8. No deception, pressure, or threats. The agent never claims to be human, never invents urgency, and never threatens consequences.
  9. Hardship or distress is handed to a person.
