What is WiseCall?

WiseCall makes business calls for you. You pick the kind of call, and WiseCall supplies an agent built for it. You add the people to call and the hours. You do not build the agent yourself, and the other kinds of calls use the same account.

Who is it for?

You don't need staff to make these calls. You add seats for the people who set up projects and run agents.

Which agent types are available?

Sales and customer follow-up are under Sales and customers. Candidate connect is under Hiring. Patient follow-up, aged home care check-ins, and appointment reminders are under Health and care. Invoice reminders are under Payments. Payment recovery, patient follow-up, and aged home care check-ins are coming soon. Reminders, RSVPs, surveys, and re-bookings use the same project, schedule, and list.

What is a project?

A project is one piece of work for an agent: the agent type, the schedule, and the recipients. An account can hold more than one project. Seats and AI credits are shared across the agents on that account.

How do I add recipients?

Upload a CSV with the names and phone numbers of the people to call. Add any other details you want your agent to know. You can share one list across agents, or keep a separate list per agent.

What is a readiness score?

Before any call is placed, the project gets a score from 0 to 100 and a plain-English note about what is left. For example: "Readiness 72/100. Almost there: add a call window and you're good to go." If the list is short of something, it says so. For example: "Not ready yet: 12 recipients have no phone number."

When do calls go out?

On the schedule you set, inside your call window and the recipient's local hours, and only after the readiness check. Nothing about joining the waitlist places a call. We'll let you know when your spot is ready.

How does the agent introduce itself?

The agent introduces itself as an AI assistant from your business. It says who the call is for, and a person can be requested.

How does pricing work?

Pricing is per seat. Each plan includes a baseline of AI credits, shared across the agents on the account. A seat is for a person who sets up projects and runs agents. Credits are what the calls draw on.

Is payment recovery available?

Coming soon. The agent reminds someone about an overdue bill and hands hardship to a person. Join the waitlist and we'll let you know when your spot is ready.

Do you claim the calls are legally compliant?

WiseCall is built to help you call responsibly.

How do I reach you?

Email [email protected], or use the form on the contact page or the waitlist page.
